Angie Carrier, PRC, is a Talent Acquisition leader with over a decade of experience helping candidates and organizations successfully navigate today’s competitive job market. Currently serving as Director of Recruiting at Adams Keegan, Inc., Angie leads full-cycle recruiting initiatives, builds scalable hiring processes, and delivers executive search solutions for clients across nonprofit, finance, human resources, legal, transportation, and other professional services industries.

Throughout her career in staffing and corporate recruiting, Angie has coached hundreds of job seekers on resume positioning, interview preparation, compensation conversations, and long-term career strategy. Her hands-on experience sourcing and engaging passive candidates allows her to offer practical, recruiter-backed advice on networking and modern job search techniques that go beyond simply applying online.

Angie is also deeply engaged in the Memphis community as an alumna and mentor with New Memphis Institute, a volunteer with Junior League Memphis and Christian Brothers University, and an off-air volunteer with WEVL 89.9. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Memphis.
