Kimetria Thomas is the founder and CEO of Kimply Consulting& Ko. A faith-based consulting business, serving leaders within the barber and beauty industry by helping them bring out their confidence, capabilities, business restructure, recruitment, and growth. With over 23 years as a licensed hairstylist, and extensive experience in management, customer service, and leadership development.

She is a wife, mom, the VPPR in her toastmasters' club, volunteers for a non-profit organization Kuts for Christ, and attends church at Reformation Memphis. Shea was also recently featured in two magazines the Memphis Voyager and Businesswomen in Atlanta, Georgia. She is deeply committed to developing the next generation of professionals through student mentorship program and the host of the Honorary Student Gala.

Kimetria is also the founder of I'm The Vision In The Room, a community for Christian women, the creator of a purpose driven planner and companion, designed to help women slowdown, reflect, and align healing with vision before the next level. Known for her love of cooking, hosting meaningful events, traveling, and deeply valuing her family, clients, and team. Kimetria creates spaces where all and especially women feel seen, supported, kind, and empowered to heal.
