MaryLou "ML" Nowak

CEO, RESOURCE4 Care & Resource4 Living

MaryLou, aka “ML” Nowak, pronounced “Novak”, refers to herself as a creative problem solver.

During a 17-year career with a Fortune 500 corporation, ML climbed the success ladder to hold national executive roles in human resources and operations management. Next, under her direction as an executive at a 500-bed hospital, she received a coveted “Friend of Nursing” award for saving the organization $1.8 million in outsourcing expenses by implementing innovative initiatives. In moving to Memphis, she purchased and managed a successful senior care business for 11 years that included the tough time during the COVID-19 pandemic.

After selling her successful home care business in 2022, ML founded Resource4 Care and Resource4 Living to bridge a knowledge gap and through these companies she launched and is currently operating: “Live Health Talks” a monthly live health and wellness speaker series, the “Aging in Memphis” podcast, and the newsletter “Health Talk Matters” to provide family caregivers needed education and connection to trusted local resources. These initiatives also give healthcare and wellness professionals a public voice and sponsors a meaningful advertising opportunity.

She holds a seat and serves on the two executive boards of directors: Talk Shoppe and the Women’s Advisory Board. Currently, ML has taken on clients as a Certified Life Coach after practicing the concepts of fearless living for over 20 years. As a coach she collaborates with private individuals, groups and hosts retreats, helping clients break through the barriers of self-doubt.

ML is here today to help you live the life you fully love!
