Nancy is not only focused on banking operations but deeply invests in understanding and meeting the unique needs of organizations and potential clients. Her dedication ensures that the best programs, products, and services are made available, facilitating home ownership, account creation, and comprehensive banking solutions that cater to diverse needs.

Outside of her professional commitments, Nancy is actively involved with her family and is a devoted member of New Direction Church, where she serves as a First Impressions Greeter and is part of the Community Outreach Team. Her passion for service extends to her 30-year involvement with MIFA’s Meals on Wheels Program, where she has tirelessly worked to deliver meals to residents throughout the Mid-South Area.
