Born in Pine Bluff, AR, and raised in Morrilton, AR., Robin's early experiences instilled in her a strong sense of curiosity, creativity, and drive. These qualities laid the foundation for her journey of lifelong learning, entrepreneurship and leadership.

Robin holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Arkansas and an MBA from the University of Phoenix, which fueled her passion for process improvement, professional development, and helping others achieve success. Her career spans 20+ years across diverse industries, where she honed her expertise in organizational efficiency, process improvement, and strategic planning. Known for her ability to connect with others and deliver results, Robin has become a trusted advisor to clients ranging from small businesses to individuals seeking to advance their careers and businesses.

In her entrepreneurial journey as the President of Wilson Consulting, LLC, Robin has transformed her vision of helping others into a thriving business. Specializing in process improvement, career services, and professional training, her company empowers clients to streamline operations, enhance their brands, and achieve measurable growth. A notable highlight of her work includes hosting a 3-day LinkedIn Profile Challenge and the Power Profile Lunch & Learn, which provided practical tools and strategies for career advancement and engaging high school/college students in workshops on personal branding and interviewing basics.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Robin enjoys travel, shopping, and spending time with family. She also thrives on giving back to her community by mentoring the next generation of leaders and contributing her expertise to help individuals and organizations succeed.

She is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, and the President of the National Black MBA Association, Memphis Chapter. She sits on the Boards for Classical Melodies, Inc., the University of Arkansas Black Alumni Society, and the DeNeuville Learning Center for Women.
