Shannon Briggs is the Founder and Head Trailblazer of Campfire Collective, a boutique marketing and public relations agency rooted in community-focused storytelling. Since founding the agency in 2015, Shannon has helped more than 100 organizations clarify their voice, build trust, and turn meaningful work into visible impact.

Throughout her career, Shannon has led campaigns that increased event attendance by more than 900%, launched Memphis’s first immersive theatre experience, raised over $1 million in pandemic relief funds for hospitality workers, and secured national media coverage in outlets including Time Magazine. Her work sits at the intersection of strategic storytelling, leadership visibility, and results-driven communications.

Known for helping leaders and organizations move from overlooked to in-demand, Shannon shapes public narrative and leadership visibility in ways that build trust, credibility, and long-term influence.

A proud Memphian, Shannon is deeply invested in strengthening the city’s business and nonprofit community. She serves on the board of DeNeuville Learning Center for Women, is an active member of the Society of Entrepreneurs Insights Group and the Greater Memphis Chamber Small Business Council, and is a graduate of both New Memphis LDI and Leadership Memphis Fast Track. She also teaches Strategic Media at the University of Memphis.

Shannon was named to the Memphis Business Journal’s 2023 40 Under 40 list and was recognized as PR Executive of the Year by PRSA Memphis in 2022.

When not working, Shannon enjoys quality time with her daughter Lucy and two dogs, walks by the Mighty Mississippi, dancing to live music, cheering on the Memphis Tigers and Grizzlies, and traveling whenever she can.
