Kat Gordon opened Muddy’s Bake Shop on leap day of 2008. Over the last 18 years, she has learned how to grow and scale a small business (both bigger and smaller!), how to build a culture and maintain it through growth & change, how to develop not just a leadership team but a team full of leaders, how a small business can have big community impact, and how to pursue “success” on her own terms.

These days, she spends most of her time teaching baking classes both public and private, facilitating visioning retreats for teams, leading workshops on “recipes for success” she built in her business, and consulting with values-driven organizations.
